Airport Security:
- Six Arab men praying loudly in Arabic while waiting for a flight.
- Suddenly, you hear the six Arab men chanting loudly. "Allah! Allah! Allah!" as the boarding announcement is made.
- “You notice that two of the Arab men sit at the back of the airplane, two more sit in the middle of the plane on the exit aisle, and two sit at the front of the airplane.” (the same as the 9/11 highjackers)
- “you hear a stewardess explain to another passenger that the six Arab men moved from their assigned seats to the new seating arrangement. And it seems that the two Arab men up front are now asking for seat-belt extensions.”
- “the two Arab men quickly tuck the seat-belt extensions underneath their seats. Then they begin speaking in both English and Arabic about President Bush, the war in Iraq, al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.” (Shapiro)
How would you react? How would you expect airport security to react?
They were politely escorted off of the plane and questioned. It is important to understand that they were questioned with dignity and respect, and within the confines of the law for their suspicious behavior. In my opinion it was intentionally meant to do one of two things.
One, they were testing the system. Or two, they just wanted to evoke a response so they could cry “Racial Profiling!” and “Discrimination!” Either way, it looks like they were intentionally gaming the system, but were afforded all due respect befitting any free person.
On the other hand, under their own Islamic Sharia law in Sudan, a Christian woman “was accused of ‘standing near a garden at night’ and not having a scarf on her head. She was accused also of not having a job. She did have job.” This woman was reportedly a passenger on a bus when “A couple of cops halted the bus, dragging Holland from the vehicle” (Swank).
What was her punishment for not having a headscarf on? Was she questioned and reprimanded? Was she given a warning or citation and sent on her way? No!
She spent the night in jail so the next day she could find out what her punishment was for not having a headscarf on. “The judge pronounced Holland guilty. She was to endure 40 lashes with the whip, her back stripped. Then she was fined 10,000 dinars ($38) which was a third of her monthly salary” (Swank).
Pray! Pray that God grants this woman peace and courage. Pray for all of those brothers and sisters around the world that are less fortunate than we are here in America. And pray that America stands strong against the march of multiculturalism and politically correct liberalism. Pray in the name of Jesus Christ – Amen
Grant Swank concludes his article with this:
In Sudan, two million persons have been slain. Four million persons have been displaced because of the on-going conflict instigated by extremist Muslims. However, fasicst Islamics have not been able to extinguish the growing Christian community.
"The tremendous news is that despite the persecution and the burning of churches, there’s been amazing growth of Christian. In fact, we believe the figures show it’s been grown to almost 70 percent in South Sudan. This is just how the Holy Spirit works," Open Doors’ Jerry Dykstra informed Mission Network News (MNN).
